The plug-in floating ball continuous liquid level gauge is a product designed and
developed by our company in accordance with the chemical standard (HG/T2742-95). It is a level instrument with dual functions of remote control, local indication, and on-site monitoring. Widely used in industries such as dry chemical, power, papermaking, food and environmental protection, and war construction.
 The plug-in floating ball continuous liquid level gauge can effectively overcome the false liquid level caused by suspended solids, foam, etc., and is very accurate for the liquid level measurement of closed containers, underground tanks or elevated water tanks. 
 Working principle
Place the magnetic spring switch and precision resistor evenly in a closed non magnetic conduit. When a floating ball with a hollow and fixed annular magnetic steel floats up and down along the conduit under the action of liquid buoyancy, the magnetic spring switch changes the resistance value of the circuit under the action of magnetic force. The analysis and processing components in the circuit detect the change in this resistance value and convert it into a 4-20mA standard signal mountain to achieve continuous control of the liquid level.
